Market House Studios was set up by Wyre Council for the benefit of creative practitioners and the creative community. Promoting Fleetwood and Wyre as a reputable centre for the arts nationally and internationally, there are often open days and free exhibitions open to the public.

The creative space hosts artist studios including an accessible studio, a gallery space within the market and a community space available to hire.

There is a mix of studio sizes, designed to be fully flexible to accommodate most creative and artists and are available to be shared by a collective or individually. They are affordable for all and offer flexible working times too. Artists who rent the studios can also utilise the gallery space within Fleetwood Market to showcase their works in exhibitions and sell their creations.
