May Day in Preesall
Celebrate May Day with an afternoon of family fun at Preesall Playing Fields on Monday 4 May, from 12 noon to 4pm.
Organised by Preesall Town Council, this community event is packed with entertainment, activities and traditional May Day charm.
Enjoy a lively mix of attractions including a fun fair, children’s entertainer, Maypole dancing displays, cheerleading performances, face painting, line dancing and a variety of stalls to browse. Younger visitors can look forward to tasty treats from the ice cream van and refreshing milkshakes.
Local police and fire brigade teams will also be attending with their vehicles, giving families a chance to meet the crews and take a closer look at the equipment they use.
With something for all ages, this May Day event promises a wonderful afternoon of celebration, community spirit and family-friendly fun.
