There's a huge choice of activities and places to visit in Wyre!

Head over to The Mount in Fleetwood on Thursday 15 February for a Plant-astic day out. Wyre Council are hosting a fun day of nature, heritage, and arts and crafts - great fun for the whole family. From 11am-3pm you'll have the chance to plant your own tree, learn about marine life, learn how to identify tree species, join in the art and craft sessions and uncover the history of The Mount. This is a free event and there's free hot and cold drinks on offer too!

Many of our parks have fantastic facilities which will keep the little ones entertained for ages including multi-use game areas, children's playgrounds, picnic areas, cycle tracks and some beautiful green spaces to run around on. Find out where your nearest park is

Have you checked out the Cleveleys Mythic Coast AR trail yet? Take a walk along the promenade and discover five original augmented reality digital art experiences linked to the beautiful sculptures of the Mythic Coast. To download the free app, simply go to the app store on your device and search for "Wyre AR Trails".

Visit Affinity Outlet in Fleetwood this half term for their marvelous Mythical Week. From Tuesday 13 until Saturday 17 February you'll have the chance to meet unicorn ponies, follow the fantasy trail to create a magical spell and enjoy watching the Ebublio Magical Bubbles Show and Magic, Myths and Dragons show.

And for the younger ones take a visit to Farmer Parrs Animal World in Fleetwood. They will love interacting with the many animals you'll find there, and will also have the opportunity to feed some very cute lambs. If you're hungry whilst you're there then be sure to pop into the cafe where they will be serving up a great selection of hot and cold meals.

Have you been to The Flowerbowl yet? It's an entertainment centre with a difference! There you'll find a premium cinema with three screens, a curling rink, ten pin bowling, golf simulators, a covered outdoor crazy golf course and some great restaurants.
